FANTASTIC. I have tried a few meal companies and Fit Chow is outstanding by far. It's reasonably priced, and the food is delicious! Such large portions for 500 calories or less with heavy protein count. They rotate meals and keep the menu fresh while also keeping the favorites available. Packaging is fantastic. Shipping is fast. Customer service is phenomenal. I absolutely love it and will be using them moving forward! Hard to run my own business and have time and energy to cook and eat healthy. Thank you Fit Chow! My meals get delivered fresh to orange county. They are vacuum sealed and last 10 days.
This is my new obsession! First, the food is REALLY good, this far exceeds what I expected the meals to be! And second, Rachael (the owner) and her son are SO freaking nice and totally answer all my questions! This is definitely my new thing that is going to help me as a busy mom/realtor to stay on track :) I stocked up today and now im so excited for dinner tonight lol 😆

10/10 across the entire board! I had the pleasure of meeting Rachel today & let me just say she’s AMAZING! She’s gave me a brief but informative overview about how the meal preps works & what she recommended. She was very sweet & welcoming! I was a little nervous to try anything because I’m VERY picky but I tried the Mac & cheese plate and it was DELICIOUS! I can’t wait to go back & try the other options they had. I even had a sneak peak into their gym & it was very clean & organized. Thank you Rachel for being so welcoming!
Hands down, life saver of a place. The cherry on top is how GOOD the meals taste holy shit they’re good..they run out so fast you better get on it! Macros on point with variety which is the biggest struggle on your own or other companies. Don’t even even get me started on the sweets..to think I can satisfy my sweet tooth and feel zero guilt
Rick and his team are great! The food is always on point and with the website and app, I always know what’s on the menu. If you haven’t tried the “enchilada lasagna” you’re missing out! Every meal I’ve received has EPIC taste and quality ingredients. Thanks FITCHOW!
